What is Arrow Unjam?

Arrow Unjam is a clever logic puzzle about getting the order right. The board is packed with arrows of different lengths, each pointing up, down, left or right. Tap an arrow and it flies straight off the board in its direction, but only if the path is clear. If another arrow is in the way it bumps and you lose one of your three hearts. Work out which arrows are free, clear them one by one and empty the board. Boards get bigger and more tangled as you level up, and three hints per level point out a safe move. It is free to play online, right in your browser.

How to play Arrow Unjam

  • Tap an arrow to send it flying off the board in the direction it points.
  • If another arrow blocks the path, it bumps back and you lose a heart. Three bumps fail the level.
  • Clear every arrow to win. Use a hint to highlight an arrow that can fly free.

Controls (desktop & mobile)

  • Click / Tap — Launch an arrow
  • Hint button — Highlight a free arrow
  • Restart button — Restart the level
  • ☰ button — Choose a level

On mobile, tap an arrow to launch it. On desktop, click arrows. Hint and Restart buttons sit below the board.

Tips & tricks

  • Start with arrows on the edge that point outward. They always fly free.
  • Long arrows block many paths, so clearing them early opens up the board.
  • Before tapping, trace the arrow's path all the way to the edge.
  • Save hints for crowded boards in later levels.
