What is Shadow Sneak?

Shadow Sneak is a top-down stealth puzzle game. You play a silent ninja in a guarded building. Each guard walks a patrol route and shines a yellow cone of vision ahead. Walls block their view, so hide behind them and time your moves. Touch a guard to take them down quietly. If a guard watches you for too long, their alarm fills up and you're caught. Clear every guard to finish the level. Later levels add more guards and faster patrols. It is free to play online, right in your browser.

How to play Shadow Sneak

• Hold or drag to move the ninja towards your finger.
• Touch a guard to take them down. Do it from behind or while they look away.
• Stay out of the vision cones. A full alarm bar means you're caught.

Controls (desktop & mobile)

• Hold / Drag — Move
• Arrow keys / WASD — Move
• M — Mute

On mobile, press and hold where you want the ninja to go. It walks towards your finger and stops when you let go. On desktop, use the mouse the same way or the arrow keys.

Tips & tricks

• Wait behind a wall until a guard turns away, then move.
• Guards stop at the end of a patrol and look around, so don't rush in right then.
• A quick dash is fine: the alarm needs a moment to fill.
• Take down the guards who watch over others first.
